All the products we sell are new and never used. We do not sell cigars and / or tobaccos.

Guarantees
The product is covered by warranty. Pipes that are smoked or whose damage is attributable to the buyer are not refunded or replaced.
For pipes in alternative woods, aromatic woods, olive and dead bog oak WITHOUT the inside of the briar stove there is no guarantee.
The right of withdrawal can be exercised within 7 days of receiving the goods. In any case of return, the shipping costs are always charged to the buyer. The right of withdrawal is totally lost if the object is not made complete and in the same conditions in which it was received. We will refund the amount spent (excluding shipping costs) within 30 days. from receipt of the return via the same payment method used by the buyer to purchase the item.
